A few years ago, I decided to invest my money in gold bullion. I think that was a very good decision and I believe buying gold is much safer than simply keeping cash or investing in something else. But my problem was, I didnt really know where to keep my bullion bars. When I first got them, I brought them home and hid them in a cabinet. However, I soon realised that was not a good idea. I have a very nosy neighbour who sometimes stays at my place till late at night. We often talk about everyday problems and sometimes drink alcohol. Unfortunately, I kept bottles of whisky in the cabinet where my gold was hidden. That night, my neighbour saw it of course, and started asking me hundreds of questions like where I got the bullion, how much I paid for it, and so on and so forth. I thought that maybe he would forget the fact that I was keeping a large amount of gold in my cabinet. But unfortunately, every time I met him, he started talking about it again. And the worst thing was, his wife and his children, and even his mother-in-law knew all about it. I was furious! I decided to place the bullion in a safer place, and finally paid for a bank vault. I know bank robberies happen quite often, but I feel much better know. And I told my neighbour I sold the gold and gave all the money to charity.
