Wet rack accessories
Some time ago I have a big argument with my wife. I decided to use our basement to create there a small computer laboratory and she did not wanted to accept this idea. I was very mad at her and we were yelling at each other and it looked pretty serious. Well after that we apologized each other. I gave her a puppy as a apologizing present and she agreed to make a server room in the basement. So I started to organize equipment and accessories necessary to create my own computer laboratory. I bought some rack accessories and I used my own computers at the beginning. I read a lot of articles about the topic so I had some background knowledge about it. I bought everything I needed and when all the devices and network racks were in the basement I started mounting them. Then the small puppy destroyed some of my plans. In the first days of testing the devices I worked with opened cabinets and the small dog went into one of it and he peed inside of it. The effect was that the wet power wires burned devices in the network rack. I was so mad but I could not do anything with that. Well after all the dog was one of the reasons why my wife accepted my idea so I could not touch it. I bough some rack accessories to replace destroyed wires and now I always keep the basement closed so the dog has no entry there.
