All I wanted was to pay for my driving instructor course

A few days ago I decided to take a driving instructor course . I had been thinking about it for a long time, but couldnt decide which school I should choose. I eventually made my decision and called Best Drivers, a small school in my town. I asked if they could offer me a driving instructor course. A nice lady informed me that one is just about to start. She took my name and address, and then she told me their consultant would visit me on Friday to discuss the details. On Friday morning, a young man appeared at my doorstep. I let him in. He introduced himself and then we went on to discuss all the details of the driving instructor course I was going to take. I liked the offer: the price was not as high as I had thought, and they provided regular classes necessary to pass three obligatory tests: theory, driving and teaching ability. He also told me the school would give me all teaching materials and provide online help. I decided to pay for the driving instructor course immediately. Two hours later, I received a phone call from the driving school office. The woman wanted to apologize; she told me the consultant had fallen ill and couldnt visit me. Now, I cant get over the shock. Who was that man? I have to call the police straight away.
